Back in London !

Herita and his teammates have finished their pre-season camp in Austria and are back in London. This week was particularly hard for the Hammers with 2 matches within 2 days. They drew against Bursaspor (1-1) and ND Mura FT (0-0). All the players had the opportunity to show their talent to Gianfranco Zola.
Next step : trip to China for the Barclays Asia Trophy !

A staff really imaginative !

After the annulation of the match agaisntWerder Bremen, Herita and his teamamtes came back to training !
Herita is really surprised and happy by the intensive programm of training created by Ginafranco Zola and his staff. Herita told us that the staff is very imaginative and that the ball is always the main element of all the physical sessions. Those training method seems to deligh the players !
Next match on Wednesday against Bursaspor.

Draw against SLV Flavia Solva

For their first preseason match, Herita captained the team only composed of players Under-21. The Hammers are training really hard in Austria in order to be ready to face the Wolves on 15th of august.
Anyway, the preseason is just starting and one month remains before the beginning of the Barclays Premier League.
Next match for the Hammers, thje UEFA Cup Finalists, Werder Bremen, on saturday.
Herita seems really focused on making a good preparation adn thus be at his best mid-august.

WEST HAM Here we come!!

After a long break (last match : 24th of May), Herita and his team mates are happy to have started the trainnings this monday 6th of july. Of course, they have a really hard programme with two sessions by day but that is the traditionnal pre-season works taht they need to begin well the season in August. They will start with the first match tomorrow before going to Austria for 12 days of preparation and matchs.
July will definitely be a really hard month for the Hammers who are very optimistic about this season to come.
