All my life. I was born and brought up close to the Boleyn Ground.

What is your opinion about Herita since his arrival ?

I had not heard of Herita before he joined us so I was at first quite sceptical especially as it was initially just for a loan period. George McCartney had done a good job for us at left back and I think many of us were worried by his sale so late in the transfer window. However ever since seeing Herita on his debut away to West Brom I have been very impressed not only by his ability as a footballer but his willingness to work hard for the team. In my opinion we have a better left back than we did last season!

One word for Herita ?

Herita is very welcome at West Ham and is held in high regard by the fans. I appreciate the fact that he treats the Hammers fans with respect by always acknowledging us after the game, so many footballers don't do this these days. Please enjoy your time at the Hammers, we are a special club and I hope you have many happy years here.

Hello, for as long as I can remember, so just over 18 years!

What is your opinion about Herita since his arrival ?

I was one of many West Ham fans quite worried to see George McCartney leave in the summer but Herita has been fantastic for us, he's given us a huge amount of energy and enthusiasm down the left. He's been solid defensively, a big threat going forward and has even popped up with the odd vital goal!

One word for Herita ?

Great news that he's signed for us permanently, I'm looking forward to seeing him in claret and blue for many years to come!!

Hey there, I have supported the Hammers since birth!

What is your opinion about Herita since his arrival ?

Herita's been brilliant for us. A lot of fans were concerned about George McCartney, our previous left-back, leaving the club. But when I saw Ilunga's first game for the Hammers against West Brom, I thought he looked very promising, and he's turned out to be the best left-back we've had for some time. Now I just hope Herita has signed for West Ham permanently!

One word for Herita ?

You've been a great addition to the team Herita, I know you've a very popular candidate for Hammer of the Year, so keep up all the good work and I hope to see you in a Hammers shirt for a long time yet!

Grosse désillusion !

Grosse désillusion hier soir pour les Hammers qui se sont faits éliminer par des joueurs de Boro beaucoup plus incisifs ! Herita était évidemment décu. Déçu de la prestation collective de l'équipe, déçu de sa prestation individuelle (sa plus mauvaise en Claret and Blue selon lui). Il était surtout déçu de ne pas avoir pu offrir la victoire aux 3500 supporters de West Ham ayant fait le déplacement !

Il va vite falloir se reprendre pour la réception de Manchester City ce weekend.

What is your opinion about Herita since his arrival ?
Herita has been a great addition to our team, in a position where we thought we would be weak after the loss of George McCartney, he has not only replaced him but made improvement on our team.

Is it possible to doubt of Herita happiness in West Ham ?

The interview of Herita for football365.fr (French website) aroused strong passions !!!!! Herita received a lot of reactions from fans. Two of them took the article in the wrong way.

It seems that there is a little confusion between what is written and what should be understood. If you go through the article you will understand that Herita is really happy to be in West Ham and that he WISH TO SIGN HERE as a permanent. As he also said in the interview West Ham is a big club with real history, fans and values. And that is what he repeats constantly since he arrived in this fantastic club.

Anyway, those mails prove the usefulness of the blog, share opinions and feelings with fans. It also proves that Herita takes into account your point of view. So don’t hesitate to send emails !!!!!!!!!!!
